Health conscious renters will support Lynnfield Commons' initiatives for green space, energy conservation and safe, environmentally-friendly buildings.

Over 60% of the site is being restored to open green space, artfully landscaped with trees, shrubs and plants. More than just beautiful, a single tree helps the environment by absorbing one ton of harmful carbon dioxide over its lifetime.

We’re building Lynnfield Commons with you and the environment in mind, including using energy efficient construction and eco-friendly materials to minimize utility costs. Even more importantly, it will save natural resources and keep chemicals out of the environment for healthier indoor air quality and fewer respiratory ailments. Appliances and lights, for example, are energy efficient. Building and cleaning materials, along with low-VOC paints and carpeting, have been thoughtfully and carefully selected to minimize toxic resins released into the atmosphere.
